1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the ShipAny platform and related services operated via ShipAny.in.

By registering for or using ShipAny, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and regulations. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use ShipAny for business purposes.

3. Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of their account information, including login credentials, API keys and business details.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. ShipAny Services

ShipAny provides shipping technology services including courier aggregation, rate comparison, shipment creation and management, shipping label generation, tracking, COD management, NDR/RTO workflows, international shipping workflows, developer APIs and related logistics services.

ShipAny acts as a technology platform. Carriage of goods is performed by independent third-party courier partners selected at booking, and their terms apply to the carriage.

5. Shipping Charges & Payments

Shipping charges are determined based on factors including weight, dimensions, destination, the courier/service selected and applicable additional charges such as COD fees and surcharges. The final price is displayed before booking.

ShipAny operates a prepaid wallet. Shipping charges are deducted from your wallet at booking time. Applicable taxes, including GST, are shown before booking.

6. Prohibited Goods

Users must not use ShipAny for goods prohibited by applicable law or courier-partner policies, including dangerous goods, currency, contraband and restricted items.

ShipAny and its courier partners may refuse, hold or return shipments containing prohibited or misdeclared goods, and accounts violating this may be suspended.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD shipments, the courier collects the declared amount from the recipient at delivery. Users are responsible for the accuracy of COD amounts declared at booking.

COD remittance and settlement are subject to the courier partner's settlement cycles and applicable charges. Settlement visibility is provided in the ShipAny dashboard.

8. International Shipping

International shipments are subject to customs regulations of the origin and destination countries. Users are responsible for accurate customs documentation, including item descriptions, HS codes, quantities, values and country of origin.

Duties, taxes and customs requirements vary based on destination, shipment characteristics, carrier and applicable regulations, and may be payable by the recipient or sender as applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

The ShipAny platform, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is the intellectual property of ShipAny. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

10. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of shipment data they submit, including addresses, contact details, package dimensions, weights and declared values.

Users must package shipments appropriately and attach the correct shipping label before pickup.

11. Suspension

ShipAny may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, prohibited goods, chargebacks or violation of these terms, while we investigate.

12. Termination

You may stop using ShipAny at any time. ShipAny may terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. Provisions relating to payments, liability and disputes survive termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

Liability for loss or damage in transit is governed by the terms of the courier partner performing carriage. ShipAny's aggregate liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is limited to the charges paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.

ShipAny is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ShipAny harmless from claims arising out of your shipments, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or courier-partner policies.

15. Force Majeure

ShipAny is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, weather, regulatory actions or courier network disruptions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Billing and service disputes should first be raised through ShipAny support with relevant shipment or transaction references. We aim to acknowledge and work toward resolution promptly.
